Co-Author Theresa Payton.  Founder of Fortalice®, LLC and a well-known and highly respected national authority on cybersecurity, e-crime and fraud mitigation, and technology implementation.
One of her most notable roles was as the first woman Chief Information Officer at the White House 2006-2008.
